ARGE Mekanik Tasarım Mühendisi / R&D Mechanical Design Engineer

GENEL NİTELİKLER İŞ TANIMI
- Üniversitelerin Makina Mühendisliği bölümü; lisans, yüksek Lisans ya da doktora alanlarından mezun,
- Teknik çizim, ölçme ve geometrik tolerans bilgisine sahip,
- Solidworks, Autocad ve MS Office Programlarında ileri düzey yetkinliğe sahip,
- Temel mühendislik hesaplamalarına hakim,
- Makina tasarım alanında çalışan ya da bu alanda kariyer hedefleyen ve sorumluluk alabilecek,
- Analitik düşünebilen ve takım çalışmasına yatkın,
- Tercihen makine tasarımı konusunda en az 2 yıl tecrübeli,
- Üretim proseslerini ve tasarım çalışmalarını üretim alanında da takip edebilecek,
- İleri seviyede İngilizce bilgisi.
- Graduated from Mechanical Engineering Department of Universitie with degree of Bachelor's, Master's or PhD,
- Having knowledge of technical drawing, measurement and geometric tolerance,
- Advanced competence in Solidworks, Autocad and MS Office Programs,
- Knowledge of basic engineering calculations,
- Working in the field of machine design or aiming for a career in this field and able to take responsibility,
- Analytical thinking and prone to teamwork,
- Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in machine design,
- Will be able to follow the production processes and design studies in the production area,
- Advance English proficiency.
İŞ TANIMI
- Müşteri talepleri doğrultusunda makinelerin tasarlanması veya mevcut makinelerin revize etmek,
- Mevcut makineler ile ilgili performans arttırmaya yönelik ARGE faaliyetlerinde bulunmak,
- CAD yazılımlarının profesyonel kullanımı ile statik ve dinamik tasarım gereksinimleri, işlevsellik ve servis kolaylığı temelinde makinelerin ve sistem bileşenlerinin 2D teknik çizimi ve 3D modellemesini yapmak
- ARGE merkezi ve TÜBİTAK projeleri için teknik detayların hazırlanması, projelerin takip edilmesi, patent/faydalı model gibi konularda çalışmalar yürütmek,
- Sektördeki ve mesleki alandaki yenilikleri takip etmek, rakip firmalar ile ilgili gelişmeleri analiz etmek,
- Şirket bünyesindeki diğer departmanlara teknik destek sağlamak ve Satış Sonrası Destek biriminden gelen yedek parça/yeni tasarım taleplerini gerçekleştirmek.
- Designing new machines or revising existing machines in the light of customer demands,
- To carry out R&D activities to increase the performance of existing machines,
- 2D technical drawing and 3D modelling of the machines and system components, based on static and dynamic design requirements, functionality and serviceability by professional usage of CAD softwares.
- Prepare technical details for R&D center and TUBITAK projects and follow up existing project with the carrying out studies on patents and utility models,
- Tracing and investigation of the innovations in the sector and in the professional field, to analyze the developments related to the rival companies,
- Assisting to the other departments of company by designing spare parts and helping them by the technical support.
